The following accamodation is available on the third floor of a residential house in Vasant vihar.

1.One fully furnished & airconditioned room 9 feet x 14 feet with cooking facilities. The daily charges are Rs.1500.

2. A compact service Apartment Consisting of one bedroom with attached bath, and another room having a kitchenette and sitting area. Both Rooms are airconditioned. . It is fully furnished including linen,crockery cutlary, cooking utensils Gas stove and gas, Refrigerator.Daily charges are Rs. 2000.

3Two rooms size 14 feetx12 feet, with attached bath size 8 feetx 6feet. These rooms are fully furnished and have airconditioners.. They do not have attached kitchens. However small fridges, kettles etc are provided for making tea ctc. Daily charges for each room are Rs 1500/

All rooms have internet connections. Rooms are cleaned daily. Linen is changed once a week.
Vasant Vihar is one of the best residential areas of New Delhi. Abig market with a cinema hall, several eating joints and numerous shops selling diverse products is at walking distance. It is close to the Airport, the diplomatic enclave where most embassies are located, the express highway to Gurgaon which is now the biggest business hub of Nationl Capital Region as also Connaught place which is the main business centre of Delhi. . The owner is a retired Government servant living on the ground floor with his wife.
